Celadon Orientation

Bring to Class:

• CDL, social security card and your birth certificate or passport
• If you plan to enroll in our insurance benefits make sure you bring your dependents names, date of birth and social security numbers
• Bring a voided check or deposit slip and the phone number of your bank if you want direct deposit
• If you plan to have a rider bring their photo ID and birth certificate or passport
• Enough clothing for 7 - 10 days.  We will try to get you home within 7 days of dispatch
• If you are on Medications please bring them with you and do not stop taking them
• Pillows, sheets and washcloths
• Personal and grooming items
• When you arrive at the bus station or airport please call the dormitory at: (800) CELADON ext. 4011 to arrange transportation
• Three Meals a day and lodging are provided at no cost during your orientation
